2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. After you place an order, we will send an acknowledgment email, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the product(s) to you.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. See our Returns Policy for full instructions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and designs — is owned by Trendspot or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Trendspot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
