Our Promise

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Final-sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Return

1. Email support@trendspot.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or variant, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Exchanges are processed as returns followed by a new purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trendspot.store with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
